Mortgage
Mortgage with real estate guarantee and transparency certificate.
What is it?
A mortgage is a real right that guarantees the fulfillment of a loan through a property as collateral. Before signing the mortgage, it is mandatory to sign a Transparency Certificate, in which the notary clearly explains all the banking conditions of the loan, including interest, commissions and client obligations. This certificate ensures that the signatories know and fully accept the terms of the contract. From the signing of the FEIN (European Standardized Information Sheet) with the bank until the mortgage can be signed, 14 natural days must elapse as a reflection period. Once the FEIN is signed, clients must contact the notary office to assign their operation, or they can choose us as notary directly through the notary website.
