What is it?
A bank policy is a document that accredits a loan, guarantee, bond or economic commitment between a bank and a client, guaranteeing the rights and obligations of both parties. Signing it before a notary gives it full legal validity, verifies the identity of the signatories and protects both parties against conflicts or fraud.
