What is it?

A bank policy is a document that accredits a loan, guarantee, bond or economic commitment between a bank and a client, guaranteeing the rights and obligations of both parties. Signing it before a notary gives it full legal validity, verifies the identity of the signatories and protects both parties against conflicts or fraud.

What do you need?

  • Identity document (DNI, NIE or passport).
  • Legal person (company or entity):
  • Identity document (DNI, NIE or passport).
  • Company identification document (CIF, incorporation deed and beneficial ownership certificate).
  • Accreditation of representation of who signs the policy (notarial power or appointment certificate).
